*If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the remainder of the product for a full refund (minus shipping
costs) within 10 days of purchase.
*Please note that if you purchased an Alpha Elite Performance product from a retailer or
other vendor and are not satisfied, you MUST contact the retailer for their return policy.
Return Instructions:
• Please enclose the copy of your order receipt, explaining your
reason for return. We welcome all reviews so that we may be able to better our
business and brand.
• Refunds will be issued once your return reaches our warehouse. Please allow 3-5
business days for your return to be processed by our team. Refunds should reflect on
your original method of payment within 2-5 days.
*Alpha Elite Performance reserves the right to decline returns at our
discretion. Any attempt to abuse or misuse the return policy will result in a
declined return and a refund will not be issued.
